Once approved, riders may make a reservation for paratransit service. Reservations are taken on a first-come, first-serve basis. Customers must make reservations at least 48 hours prior to the date of which the service is needed and may schedule up to 14 days in advance. Customers may schedule three round trips. However, customers are limited to no more than three round-trips per day. There is a minimum one-hour stay for all appointments.

Lake County Connection operates from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday. Service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week if prior arrangements are made. *Saturday trips are provided for dialysis treatments, PPEC and hospital discharges only.
Lake County Connection transports outside of the county for authorized medical purposes. Trips to Orlando are on Tuesday and Thursday. Trips to Gainesville are on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Return trips from both destinations depart when all passengers are finished with their appointments, no later than 2 p.m.
